Who Is Krystal Shanell?
Krystal Shanell empowers visionaries to structure, scale, and succeed by building sustainable systems for nonprofits, small businesses, and high-profile ventures. With over 15 years of experience, she is a Master Strategist, Certified John Maxwell Coach, and Organizational Consultant, helping leaders transform disorganized ideas into structured operations.
As a behind-the-scenes strategist, Krystal collaborates with public figures and entrepreneurs to create purposeful brands. Her consulting firm combines compliance, creativity, and excellence. She holds a Business Administration degree with concentration in Accounting, authored books, and founded the nonprofit Purposeful Parents, Inc. Additionally, she is a Texas Mediator and Peer Recovery Specialist. Krystal also created the "Relax, Reset, & Restore" brand, organizing retreats and events for women. A renowned speaker and mediator, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her five children.
